A little about Me:
As a child, I was one of those unique children that came in to this world with an awareness of my spiritual SELF and connection to all that is. With this awareness came curiosity and lots of questions. I have been on a spiritual path since the age of 6. I have been on a mindfulness path for over 20 years. It is the practice of conscious presence that creates a foundation of strength, resilience and joy that has carry me through some of the most challenging transitions of my life.
Today, I am a Shamanic High Priestess, Minister and I practice Buddhism, and Oneness as every believe has something beautiful to offer. After studying with gurus and mentors from all walks of life, I share my experience and knowledge of consciousness with people like you. People who are searching for calmness in the midst of struggles, and insight during times of chaos. As well as, people who would like to expand their spiritual practice.
In our sessions I will partner with you as we dive deeply into the void of the mind. Quieting mental interference, while allowing the mind to explore peace and tranquility. Allowing you to gain a deep sense of self and introspection.
We will look behind the scenes to uncover and clear obstacles that may be creating stress and anxiety for you, hindering your ability to focus, release and be present.
