A little about Me:
I started my spiritual journey as a child. I was one of those unique children that came into this world with an awareness of my spiritual connection. With this awareness came curiosity and lots of questions. It was the need for understanding that started me on the spiritual path at the age of 6. Yet, it was the path of mediation and mindfulness that has kept me grounded and center. For over 30 years I practice conscious presence that created a foundation of strength, resilience, and joy that has carried me through some of the most challenging transitions of my life.

Today, I am a Shamanic High Priestess, Interfaith Spiritual minister, embracing a Shamanic Guided Mediations, along with Buddhism mindfulness and oneness practice. After studying with gurus and mentors from all walks of life, I share my experience and knowledge of conscious presence with others. People who are searching for calmness and insight during times of stress and chaos. Along with those who would like to expand their spiritual practice.
