Hello! My name is Lillian Kaiser M.Sc., and I’m a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), a COR.E Leadership Dynamics Specialist and a Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner (NLP). I am also a business owner and Entrepreneur. My focus is helping brave, strong women in leadership positions - whether in business or life - find their voices, know their value, and lead from a place of authenticity, without apology or excuse.

A little about my journey: (How did I get here?)
I was born into a family of women - Strong, Brave, Bold Women. Women worthy of great admiration. But, in time, what I noticed most was that the women in my family were living their lives through a set of filters that dictated how a “proper woman” acted and lived. These filters served to protect and keep these women safe – and this well-meaning conditioning also kept these wonderful women in their “rightful place”...and kept them from discovering their talents, strengths, and the full experiencing of their lives. Does this sound familiar? As women, there are certain expectations and rules placed on us. Some are there to help us navigate the world and others are in place to keep us safe. But how safe and how reliable are these rules if they result in silencing our voices, decreasing our self-esteem, and causing us to doubt our self-worth? |

Seeking to break free from social norms for women, I joined the military. While my mother's intentions and choices were understandable and honorable, I knew there was more to life. So, I set out to explore the world and create my own way. Little did I know that I would be part of one of the first female platoons to train alongside our male counterparts - as equals. It was the beginning of a new era and something to be proud of.

Of course, that was not without its challenges.
Additionally, the conditioning of my upbringing (family, community, church) was still very much alive. After I married and had two amazing children, my path shifted again. My second child was born with two birth challenges.
Wanting more for my children, I decided to go back to school.
The choice to improve myself challenged my husband's masculinity. This was intriguing: After all, didn’t he marry a soldier? Still, I needed to continue down this path, so I followed through, entering the field of computer science – another male-dominated field (at the time). This, too, triggered my internal conditioning. Once again, I was surrounded by the patriarchs' double-standards, much like the military.

Today, I am a business owner, coach, consultant, mentor and women’s advocate. My passion is helping women who are ready to tear down the walls of conditioning and live wit purpose and passion, at their highest potential, all on their own terms.
