The ELI assessment is an attitudinal assessment tool that captures how an individual currently perceives and approaches work and Life.
The ELI assessment takes about 20-30 minutes to complete. Once the assessment is complete we will schedule a 90 minutes debrief to explore the In the debrief, you’ll learn about each of the 7 Levels of Energy, you’ll discover how much energy you currently have in each level under both normal and stressful conditions.
